We’re thrilled to announce that Work-Bench led ZippedScript’s $2.6M Seed round with participation from existing investor NewStack Ventures to further their mission of transforming education verifications for global candidates!
While many of us have undergone a background check while applying for a new job, what many people don’t realize is how complex the process can be for education verification, which largely stem from outdated, manual verification methods—such as emails, phone calls, and in-person visits—which introduce inefficiencies in an increasingly global workforce. The process becomes even more complex when verifying educational credentials for international candidates, as formats, processing times, and costs vary significantly.
To solve this problem, ZippedScript has created a proprietary database of over 20M+ pre-verified candidate degrees across multiple continents allowing them to validate a candidate’s education credentials with better speed, accuracy, affordability, and global coverage than traditional methods.
