FireHydrant Acquires Blameless To Further Empower Enterprise-Grade Incident Response

We're excited to announce that our portfolio company FireHydrant, the leading reliability platform, has acquired Blameless to fuel its growth in the enterprise segment.

This acquisition cements FireHydrant's status as the comprehensive end-to-end platform for alerting, incident management, and communications. 🔥

By integrating Blameless’s enterprise capabilities, FireHydrant will be even better positioned to help businesses prioritize reliability as a core metric. FireHydrant has already been expanding its platform to serve the world’s largest organizations, with recent product updates like Signals—a sophisticated alerting and on-call tool that’s already sending thousands of notifications daily.

As part of this transaction, FireHydrant has secured additional funding to further develop key strategic features to enhance its product offerings, recruit top engineering talent, and integrate its platform with highly requested third-party tools.

We first led FireHydrant’s Seed round five years ago, and we couldn’t be more excited about the road ahead, together with Blameless. We're also thrilled to welcome Blameless board members Vas Natarajan from Accel and Dan Moskowitz from Third Point Ventures to the FireHydrant board.
